What's worth knowing before you sign up.
Do the prices include taxes?
Prices are shown in US dollars and don't include any taxes that may apply in your country of residence. At checkout you'll see the full breakdown before confirming.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We work with credit and debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfers, Mercado Pago, Zelle and cryptocurrency through Binance. Availability of each method depends on your country.
Why is the renewal price different from the first one?
Because the first period carries a welcome discount for new customers. We publish both prices from the start: the promotional one and the renewal one. That way you know exactly what you'll pay the following year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, and it's common. You can upgrade at any time paying only the prorated difference, with no migrations and no data loss. You can also move from shared hosting to a VPS whenever your project calls for it.
What if I'm not happy?
Write to us and we'll sort it out. If you still decide to leave, we hand over a full copy of your data and your domain transfer code without putting obstacles in your way.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. If you manage several client sites, we have special terms for agencies and resellers, with volume discounts and priority support.
