Our story
From a handful of customers in Mérida to an operation spanning three continents.
The company takes its first steps serving a small group of customers looking for a provider with real technical backing. That direct relationship became our hallmark.
We formally registered the company in Colombia and the United States, giving the operation legal and institutional backing and opening the door to customers across the region.
We added an operating base in Argentina to stay close to our growing roster of customers and agencies in the Southern Cone.
We operate from the United States, Colombia, Argentina and Venezuela, with customers in more than ten countries and an expansion phase underway.
Hubbie has been with us since day one: alert, wide awake and always watching that everything keeps running.

The team
Behind every reply there's a person with a name. We're a compact team of technicians and specialists who know their customers and their projects.
Our team is spread across our bases in the United States, Colombia, Argentina and Venezuela, covering support, infrastructure, migrations and web development. When you open a ticket or message us on WhatsApp you don't reach a call center: you reach a technician with the access and the authority to fix it.

Where are the servers hosted?
We operate in first-tier datacenters in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and Asia. When you sign up you pick the location that suits your audience best, and if you're unsure our team will recommend the right one based on where your visitors are.
Is HubbieHost a registered company?
Yes. The company started in Mérida, Venezuela, in 2019, and since 2020 it has been formally incorporated in Colombia and the United States. In 2024 we added an operating base in Argentina. Today we work from four countries serving customers in more than ten.
Is HubbieHost a small company?
We're a compact team, and that's exactly our advantage: whoever answers knows your account and can actually solve the problem, instead of escalating your case through three support tiers. At the same time, the infrastructure we run on is the same used by far larger providers.
What if I want to leave?
Your data and your domains are yours. If you ever decide to move on, we hand over everything you need with no obstacles and no delays. We'd rather you stay because you're happy, not because leaving is complicated.
Do you work with agencies and resellers?
Yes. We offer special terms for agencies managing multiple client sites, with volume discounts and priority support. Get in touch and we'll put together a setup that fits you.
Will you give us a shot?
